Amp Your Exercise Routine

If you’re ready to dive into a new exercise routine, a cup of coffee beforehand might be just the ticket you need to perform better and longer.
In a recent study, individuals who drank a caffeinated sports drink before exercising (both running and weight lifting) performed better, faster, and exerted more energy than those who didn’t imbibe. However, the research also points out that anyone who is “habituated” to the drug may not receive the same physical benefits.
Also, everyone will get some amount of fatigue-delaying and mood-boosting benefits from a small amount of caffeine. Just be sure to consume it shortly before your workout (not during), and follow your exercise routine with an equal amount of water.
