Snack Better

We all snack, but instead of letting hunger dictate what you buy, have healthy snacks on hand. Hummus and pita, peanut butter and apple, Greek yogurt and honey.

Spend the first five minutes meditating or focusing on your breath. Setting an intention at the beginning of the day to slow down and stay rooted will help you move through your day with more grace.

Go to Sleep 30 minutes earlier

Yep, you read that right. I don’t care what time you go to bed now. Try 30 minutes earlier and see how you feel tomorrow.

Every Day Eat One Power Food

Your daily choices? Strawberries, kale, sea veggies, broccoli, avocado, blueberries, Goji berries, Shiitake mushrooms, dark chocolate, tea. Okay, some are easier choices than others.

Start with One Room

Living a less cluttered life takes time. You have to de-clutter, and do it with purpose. Start with one room, or even one object (i.e. your purse!) and don’t stop until it is finished. Then move on.
