Energy Bliss Balls

Ingredients:
¼ c. coconut flakes
1 c. almonds, chopped fine
10 tbs. raisins, chopped fine
9 oz. almond butter
1 ½ tbs. Hemp Pro Powder (or another protein powder)
1/2 tsp. Spirulina (available at health food stores)
1 tsp. orange zest
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. nutmeg
Pinch of allspice
3 Tbs. fresh orange juice
Preparation:
Toast coconut and set aside. Toast almonds at low heat (200ºF) for about 20 minutes in the oven, cool and chop fine in food processor. Add raisins to almonds and blend another 5 – 8 seconds. Add almond butter, powders, zest, spices and juice. Blend until just mixed. Form into 2 Tbs. sized balls and roll in toasted coconut. Refrigerate and serve cold.
