Answers

  1. Kale. Kale is packed with such nutrients as vitamins K,A, and C as well as calcium. It has also been proven to help reduce the risk of bladder, ovarian, breast, and prostate cancer.
  2. All greens contain calcium, but watercress offers the most bang for your buck and it only contains 4 calories per cup. Try this Broccoli, Tomato & Watercress Salad.
  3. All greens contain antioxidants so any green will be a great immunity-boosting addition, but collard greens and mustard greens offer a healthy dose of beta-carotene and vitamin C.
  4. Arugula. This spicy green contains more than eight times the calcium, and more than four times the vitamin A, C, and K as iceberg lettuce. Plus it has a whole lot more flavor! Try this Arugula & Prosciutto Salad.
