Feeling Zapped? 4 Ways To Energize

ZAPPED! In a nutshell, most of the women I encounter these days use that one word to describe how they’re feeling.
If it isn’t zapped, it is exhausted, worn-out, or just plain lethargic.
While there are certainly medical reasons that can cause these feelings, including fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, etc., more often than not our lifestyle is causing our exhaustion.
If you’ve been experiencing serious fatigue for months on end, we definitely suggest seeing your doc to check it out so you can stop dragging and start moving again.
But if your fatigue is less severe, or has been going on for a shorter period (or set period) of time, try these 4 lifestyle tips to go from feeling like a 3-toed sloth to more like the energizer bunny! Now 'hop' on it!
