Homemade Hair Color Cocktails

Hair color looking a little worse for wear? Whip up these natural hair rinses for a cheap, easy boost to your hair color in between salon visits. Always apply to clean, damp hair and rinse with cool water afterward.

Blonde: Brew 2 cups of strong chamomile tea. Allow to cool before rinsing through hair. Follow with conditioner if desired.

Brunette: Brew 2 cups of strong black tea. Allow to cool before rinsing through hair. Follow with conditioner if desired.

Red: Brew 2 cups of strong hibiscus tea. Allow to cool before rinsing through hair. Follow with conditioner if desired. Alternatively, rinse hair with a cup of fresh beet juice. Leave for 5 minutes and rinse again.
