Follow these Skin Cancer Foundation Tips By Jolene Hart
- Stay in the shade from 10am to 4pm.
- Don’t let your skin get burned.
- Cover up with clothing and a broad-brimmed hat.
- Apply 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) or sunscreen to your body 30 minutes before going outside.
- Use a broad spectrum (UVA/UVB) sunscreen, SPF 15 or higher, every day.
